Digital agency to double staff following investment

Full-service digital agency Fifteen plans to double its number of staff after expanding into new headquarters in Beeston, Nottinghamshire.

The move to the company’s new Media House premises comes following six-figure investment and a year-long hunt for a new HQ.

The expansion will allow the company to create at least 30 new positions, doubling the current size of the business.

“We reckon we’re different from other agencies,” said Fifteen founder and MD Ollie Piddubriwnyj.

“By giving the team an epic culture to do great things, that helps us do great things for our clients – in turn setting them apart.

“The team work outrageously hard, so we all deserve an outrageous space to work in – and a Sonos speaker in every room.

“We’re searching for passion and talent in its raw uninhibited forms, so our new space is all part of nurturing that passion.”

The firm is well-known for its fun culture, including an office with comic-book themed board rooms and an all-expenses paid trip to Ibiza for staff last year.
