Solihull-based tech firm Dynistics has continued its transformation by appointing Robert Dagge as managing director.

Owners Hearn Capital have invested heavily in new staff and product developments and shown their commitment to growth with the creation of the MD role.

Dynistics aims to deliver data-driven analytics, helping organisations change the way people use data through accurate, up-to-date visual reporting.

It boasts more than 100,000 users, serving the higher education, further education and recruitment sectors among others.

Dagge joins from Phaidon International, where he led the EMEA consulting practice and was responsible for a number of global clients.

“I am delighted to join Dynistics at what is an exciting period for the business,” said Dagge.

“I’m looking forward to spearheading and managing the future growth of the company, forging relationships with customers and partners and developing our people.”

He previously supported venture capital-backed technology organisations at Gartner and as an Advisor at GSO.

Dynistics CEO Andy Richardson said: “To have someone of Robert’s expertise and knowledge on board is a great achievement.

“An accomplished manager and business consultant, he will be a great asset to our team.

“Through his previous roles he has built up a wealth of credentials and skills and we are excited to see how he can help the business to grow.”
