Energy tech provider Nexant appoints new CEO

Global tech supplier  Nexant has appointed John Gustafson as its new CEO, in a bid to ‘deliver transformative growth’.

The utility and energy industry specialist is focused on the next generation intelligent grid.

Operating from 20 offices in the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, the company’s team of industry professionals has completed more than 5,000 engagements in over 70 countries.

Gustafson joins from Cognizant Technology Solutions where he served as vice president and head of the utility and energy business unit.

He has held similar leadership roles at other leading service and solution providers including Wipro and IBM.

Gustafson is a recognised leader in the utility and energy industry who has consistently delivered transformative growth in previous roles building businesses up to $500M in revenue.
