FinTech firm wins new CTO for innovation

Finance software company PremFina has appointed Nij Saha as its new chief technology officer.

He will be responsible for incorporating innovative technologies into the business alongside overseeing the current cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform.

Saha’s appointment is the second addition to the PremFina C-Suite this year and follows David Wardle’s appointment as Chief Operating Officer in May.

With more than 17 years in international experience, Saha is well-versed across the tech stack in a variety of programming languages, databases, operating systems and cloud infrastructure.

His previous roles include head of digital solutions at Fiserv as well as various technical and managerial roles at SunGard Data Systems, White Clarke Group and Barclays.

He also served as an army officer in the British Army for seven years, where he was responsible for operations, logistics and team development.

The company recently won the ‘Best Use of Technology for Customer Experience’ – B2B Award by the Insurance Times.
