Infosys buys creative and consumer insights agency

IT services and digital transformation giant Infosys has acquired US creative agency WongDoody in a major deal advised on by GP Bullhound.

The investment banking firm acted as the exclusive financial adviser to the creative and consumer insights agency, which has offices in Seattle and Los Angeles.

Spanning industries from telecommunications and consumer electronics, to healthcare and consumer packaged goods, WongDoody’s recent clients include Amazon, T-Mobile, Hallmark, Tinder, and Nike.

The acquisition strengthens Infosys Digital’s creative, branding, and customer experience capabilities.
