Leeds digital marketing agency Blue Digital has unveiled a radical rebrand as it looks to move into a new growth phase.

As part of its plans to double its current turnover to £1.5m by 2018, the agency has created a new brand identity and website that it says reflect the personality of the team and the values of the business.

Roy Moody, director at Blue Digital, said: “The digital industry is so fast paced that it is important to stay ahead of the curve.

“We wanted a brand identity that reflects our personality and work ethic – memorable and instantly recognisable, which helps us stand out from the crowd.

“Our talented team of designers have applied the same principles as they do for our clients, creating branding that reflects who we are but, above all, is focused on generating results.

“Our rebrand and the experience of our extended team will ensure we are able to offer our clients the best possible service to help them succeed in their aims.”

Established in 2007 as an off-shoot of sister company, Blue Logic Computers, the business has grown from a team of one to a team of twelve and in 2016 saw 34 per cent year on year growth through increased sales, revenue and new client acquisitions.

The agency has made three new appointments. Lucy Murfet joins as a Digital Project Manager; Bethany Webb joins as a Digital Marketing Executive; and Tony Ampomah join as a PHP Developer.

The agency works for a range of clients across retail, professional services, industry and FMCG, including Arncliffe Homes, Rigest Trading Ltd and IS-Rayfast Ltd, helping them maximise their online potential and digital channels.

In line with the rebrand, the agency has also increased its service provisions to include Digital PR and UX Designs.

Next year, Blue Digital is looking to further develop its Magento Ecommerce and Digital Marketing offering, providing a more holistic service to clients.

The first phase of the brand evolution was the creation of a new logo using lettering to keep the connection with sister company, Blue Logic, but which reflects Blue Digital’s work ethic – lively, colourful and adaptable.

The company says the colourful website gives users a look into what goes on behind the doors at Blue Digital and outlines the company’s Creative, Digital Marketing and Development services.
