Video capture and analytics platform LivingLens has announced new customer satisfaction hires following a period of growth.

Brett Henderson will head the cross-territory customer success team and  be based in Toronto.

Juliana Almeida and Jenna Boccia join the customer success team in London and Toronto respectively to support the growing client base.

The additions follow the announcement of sales hires in London, New York and Toronto.

Almeida boasts client management expertise in the insight space having previously managed multiple accounts at comScore. She will be focusing on European relationships, particularly the increasing volume of subscription clients, to deliver practical support in using the LivingLens platform.

Boccia brings with her relevant expertise within a SaaS environment and will primarily be focussed on supporting clients in North America, continuing to build on existing relationships.

“We are delighted to be welcoming more new faces to the expanding LivingLens team,” said Carl Wong, LivingLens CEO.

“Our latest recruitment of customer success experts allows us to continue to provide our clients with outstanding support, as growth in our subscription customer base accelerates.

“We are continually developing the LivingLens platform with new features and our customer success team are fundamental in ensuring clients benefit from the full range of capabilities and gain maximum value.”

The LivingLens platform captures and analyses multimedia content, interpreting, speech, emotions, activity and objects.

The company launched a mobile research solution, CaptureMe, at the beginning of 2018.
