Tech and design agency Quba is providing an innovative event and ticketing portal for Wimbledon sponsor Stella Artois and 2018 FIFA World Cup sponsor Budweiser.

The award-winning Sheffield company is implementing the portal using its specialist event management tool, which allows clients to manage an event from start to finish.

The toolkit includes features such as capturing registrations online, accepting payments online, report scheduling, on-site check-in.

Previous clients have included Jaguar Land Rover, Lacoste and the University of London.

The Symphony tool kit was used to create a solution managing over 600 guests, tending to their ticketing and catering needs, allowing Stella Artois to manage all aspects of its corporate hospitality.

Meanwhile, Budweiser has created a unique experience for football fans called the "Bud Boat", which allows up to 360 fans to cruise down the River Thames while watching the matches streamed live on a giant screen.

"Delivering both projects in tandem was a real challenge, but our experience in processing over four million ticket sales to date, coupled with a dedicated team of experienced software and event specialists, meant that we were able to meet this challenge head on," said Quba managing director Matthew Williams.

Quba worked on the projects with event organiser Octagon.
