The dates for Amazon Prime Day have been announced with consumers primed for 36 hours of bargain hunting.
Beginning at midday on Monday July 16th, the online sales extravaganza for Amazon Prime members will last through to midnight at the end of the following day.
Amazon Prime Day is fast becoming one of the biggest shopping events of the year alongside Black Friday after launching in 2015 as a celebration of the online retailer’s 20th anniversary.
It is known for its Lightning Deals – bargains which are available for a short time only – while this year sees the introduction of Amazon Prime Launches, where new products will be made available for the first time.
Fast-shipping service Prime has evolved into a huge package which includes video, music and reading products alongside a wealth of other benefits such as photo storage.
