The YellowLabel app helps to reduce food waste.

It allows shoppers to discover reduced ‘Yellow Label’ foods and other items in local supermarkets.

The company was set up in 2016 by co-founders Toma Paro, Richard Torpey and Sam Patchitt.

It has partnered with O2, The University of Leeds’s Spark business start-up support centre and the National Youth Agency.
