Adam Munday joined MHI in January 2015 as General Manager.

Adam has over 10 years’ UK experience as a General Manager, most recently working with IHG’s boutique brand ‘Hotel Indigo’ having opened the brand in the North East of the UK.

This hotel soon became the highest ranked hotel Indigo in Europe for Guest experience. He was also responsible for celebrity Chef Marco Pierre White’s busiest UK restaurant.

Adam has a passion for Spain and sees his long term future overseas with Melia Hotels International.

He is a formal Acorn award winner given to the highest profiles under the age of 30 in the hospitality industry in the UK.
