Airsorted, the world’s largest independent Airbnb management company, is set to launch in Manchester, promising hassle-free property management to homeowners, landlords and investors in the region.

The team in the new Manchester office will be responsible for the management of properties in the city listed on short-term rental site Airbnb, taking the hassle away from busy professionals and landlords looking to make money from their properties.

As well as setting up a new management team in the city, Airsorted is committed to working with local people and aims to contract 100 independent cleaners in Manchester within the next 18 months.

From publishing the initial Airbnb listing including price and search optimisation, to professional cleaning, 24-hour check-in, key exchanges and guest liaison, Airsorted’s Manchester offering will provide exceptional service and peace of mind to Airbnb hosts in the city.

The launch in Manchester comes after the company completed a Series A funding round worth £7 million, after securing £5 million in venture capitalist investment plus an additional £2.1 million from crowdfunding.

This cash injection is now being used to help the company achieve its ambitious growth plans to be in 38 new cities across the world by the end of 2019.

Initially established in 2015, Airsorted has a footprint in several countries around the globe and has earned Airbnb hosts more than £30 million in revenue to date.

“We’re a very fast-moving company with ambitious plans for the future which is why we’ve chosen to expand by opening a new office in Manchester, one of the UK’s most vibrant cities,” said Airsorted regional cities director for the UK and Ireland Nick Hodgson.

“We’re thrilled to be bringing our service to a new range of clients and help more and more people to make money from their homes.

“Airsorted is the ideal solution for a number of different people looking for trusted and reliable Airbnb management in Manchester.

“It could be that you’re away for a few months with work or on a gap year and want someone you trust to look after your property while you’re away and generate some extra income.

“Alternatively, you could have a flat in the city that you use during the week that sits empty during the weekend but don’t want to hassle of managing your own listing.”
