A host management service has closed a £1.26 million crowdfunding campaign.

London-headquartered Airsorted, founded in 2015 by CEO James Jenkins-Yates, attracted more than 1,000 investors on Seedrs in just four weeks.

It has previously raised more than £7m, including £5m Series A and £2.1m in a previous round on Seedrs.

Jenkins-Yates said: “This has been a key growth round for us in preparation of a Series B, so we are delighted to have returned to Seedrs, welcome back our existing supporters, and pick up some new ones along the way.

“This is an extremely exciting time for the business, and we look forward to showing investors what we have in store.”

Airsorted has become the world’s largest short-term rental management platform, operating in 29 cities across 14 countries.

It offers management of properties listed on Airbnb, including guest vetting, guest communication and price optimisation. It has 4,246 hosts on its platform.
