Identity data intelligence specialist GBG has grown half-year revenues by 40 per cent to £53 million.

Based in Chester, the firm said it expects operating profits in excess of £10m for the period, an increase of over 90 per cent on last year.

It added that recent acquisitions have been instrumental in driving GBG’s international expansion: GBG DecTech, GBG Loqate, IDscan and PCA Predict.

“The performance of GBG since the beginning of April has been very encouraging,” said chief executive Chris Clark.

“The PCA Predict acquisition completed successfully in May and the business has integrated well into the group, giving us new growth opportunities.

“We continue to grow well in the UK and internationally.”

GBG is a global specialist in identity data intelligence, helping organisations make decisions about customers they serve and people they employ.

It intends to publish its half year results on 28th November 2017.
