Founded in 1948, materials technology company Lucideon is responsible for innovations such as ceramic pills that stop painkillers being broken down by opiate addicts.

Having already taken on 20 recruits this year, with plans to grow that number, the Stoke-on-Trent-headquartered firm is looking to grow its global facilities thanks to a recent $250,000 investment.
