This is the Tomorrow building, a new creative workspace for SMEs at MediaCityUK in Salford Quays.

The £20 million hotel and office development for businesses in the creative, digital, media and broadcasting sectors acts as a gateway to MediaCityUK and features an exterior panel of LED lights which displays bespoke motion messages.

Creative workspaces cover six floors of the building, with co-working and hot-desking on the ground floor as well as an independent retail operator which is yet to be announced.

Several digital and tech agencies have agreed to move into the space, with the first moving in before Christmas.

The top four floors are taken up by a 112-bed Premier Inn hotel which opened this week, providing further options for business users and visitors.

“These pictures show what an exciting new hub Tomorrow is for creative and digital firms as well as visitors of MediaCityUK,” said MediaCityUK managing director Stephen Wild.

“It is designed to be a highly flexible space – a key consideration for occupiers in the rapidly changing world of workspace.

“The Premier Inn is also a fantastic addition to MediaCityUK as both a thriving business and leisure destination.

“Our recently approved plans to double in size over the next 10 years, means more hotels, bars and restaurants will be vital to the success of creating a fantastic environment in which people can live, work and play.”

MediaCityUK is home to BBC North, ITV, Coronation Street, SIS LIVE, the University of Salford, dock10 and over 250 smaller creative and tech businesses.
