MindMate is a dementia app developed by graduates of the University of Glasgow and Strathclyde University.

The smartphone app, used by more than half a million people, includes games, workouts, recipes and old TV and music to stimulate users suffering from Alzheimer's disease, dementia, brain injury and other forms of cognitive decline.

MindMate was founded by Patrick Renner, Roger Arellano and Susanne Mitschke and operates from offices in Glasgow and Los Angeles.
