Customer services firm Moneypenny has outlined ambitious growth plans for its US division after moving into an expanded base in Charleston, South Carolina.

The state-of-the-art facility is double the size of its previous office as the firm plans to double the size of its US team this year.

Wrexham-headquartered Moneypenny offers its clients call answering and live chat customer service solutions.
