A HR software provider based in West Sussex has moved to a new, larger office in central Horsham following a year of growth.

Launched in 2012, breatheHR is a fully web-based HR solution currently used by more than 3,500 SME customers, who are managing more than 120,000 employees in the UK.

The company, which currently employs 25 people, has been headquartered in Southwater, just outside of Horsham, for the last four years.

The move to the new office at Foundry Court, which has capacity for 50 employees, will accommodate breatheHR’s rising headcount and will allow the business to continue to scale.

It will also provide additional meeting and breakout space.

“The last few years have been a total rollercoaster and sometimes it’s hard to take a step back and appreciate all that we’ve achieved as a business and as a team,” said founder and CEO Jonathan Richards.

“Moving into new offices is a real landmark for us, and is testament to the rapid growth we’ve experienced. It feels like the end of an era in one sense but it’s definitely the beginning of another.”

Richards added that the company has ambitious growth plans over the coming months and years, with product development being a key focus for the business.

“As part of a business that enables others to engage teams that deliver growth and success, it is vital for us to foster a culture that champions achievement,” he said.

“This will contribute to retaining and recruiting the top talent, allowing us to continue to deliver the very best to our clients. It’s been such an exciting journey so far and I can’t wait to see what comes next.”
