Paul Gouge, CEO, Playdemic
Paul Gouge is the chief executive of computer gaming business Playdemic and is on a mission to find the next Minefield or Candy Crush.
After receiving a degree in economics, Paul worked in investment banking before setting up his first games company called BattleMail.
The entrepreneurs then founded Rockpool Games and followed it up by launching games producer Playdemic.
They sold it in 2010 but ended up buying it back.
Today Playdemic’s games have more than 2.5m users.
