Professor Ronald Dyer, MBA, DBA, lecturer – project management, marketing and operations, University of Liverpool.
Ron possesses over 20 years of project management experience spanning the financial services, education, agriculture and energy sectors focused on strategic ICT organizational transformation initiatives.
He has held strategic ICT roles for both Goldman Sachs and Citi-Bank on their fixed income & equities trading floors as well as a senior project manager post at the Inter-American Development Bank on monitoring and evaluation of enterprise ICT project in education.
At the University of Liverpool Management School he is currently undertaking research in:
• Predictive Project Analytics – the use of project related data to support optimization and success of projects both development and profit-related
• The use of analytic data from MOOCs, Serious Games & Gamification for learner performance improvement measurement
