Newcastle software giant Sage has appointed Cath Keers as a non-executive director.
Keers, who is currently a non-executive director of Royal Mail Group PLC, TalkTalk Telecom Group PLC and LV=, will begin the role on July 1.
“Cath brings a wealth of digital and customer experience and we believe she will bring some excellent insight to the board,” said Sage chairman Donald Brydon.
Keers has previously held marketing and business development roles at Sky, catalogue retailer Avon and Next.
She has also held roles at BT Group, O2 and Tesco Mobile.
