Key figures at global software services company Mobica and Siemens Building Technologies have been confirmed for BusinessCloud’s first event of 2020.

BC Insights: SmartTech on February 12th is free to attend and will hear from an array of established and start-up companies who are at the cutting edge of the drive to boost business performance through data and make physical spaces more efficient.

Dawn Embry, director of strategy and performance at Mobica, will speak on the ‘Smart cities and infrastructure’ panel alongside Dr Joanne Phoenix, interim executive director at Liverpool tech hub Sensor City, and Pavegen CEO Laurence Kemball-Cook.

Meanwhile Laura Smith, CEO at Slanted Theory, will appear on the ‘Boosting productivity’ panel. The Sheffield firm is an innovative data visualisation and analytics company that utilises artificial intlligence and immersive technologies to display insight into data.
