Social Chain purchases viral gaming network Devise

Social media marketing agency Social Chain has purchased viral gaming network Devise in a multimillion-dollar acquisition.

Based in the US, Devise was developed through a strategic partnership between Devise co-founders Jeff Taylor, Evan Lisabeth and Debabrata Nath.

It reaches a combined 500 million people every month portfolio, and its portfolio includes a large network of video game-related websites and social channels.

Jeff Taylor told Insider : “We’ve experienced first-hand how passionate people are about gaming.

“Social Chain is passionate about pushing social boundaries. We’re excited to see where they take it.”

Founded in 2014, Social Chain secured investment from German talent management firm NVC last year,.

The Manchester-based firm has run campaigns for brands including as 20th Century Fox, Universal, MTV, Spotify, Microsoft, the UFC, Huawei and PUMA.
