UK’s ’51 Tech for Good Stars’ revealed

BusinessCloud today publishes its list of ‘51 Tech for Good Stars’ which recognises businesses and social enterprises leveraging technology to make a difference.

From a social media management platform which raises awareness about good causes to artificial intelligence technology designed to reduce A&E waiting times, there’s no shortage of UK-based organisations using tech to do good.

BusinessCloud was inundated with nominations for possible inclusion in the list but we also reached out to industry players and experts for their suggestions.

Editor Chris Maguire said: “There’s been an incredible amount of growth in the ‘tech for good’ movement which is why BusinessCloud has decided to recognise the individuals and companies who are using tech to make the world a better place.

“Clearly these aren’t the only tech for good stars out there and we are very keen to build on this list going forward.

“If you know of a company, enterprise or individual worthy of being included in future lists, email Mo Aldalou at [email protected].”

The ’51 Tech for Good Stars’ list features both businesses that have developed their own technology as well as organisations using existing tech or digital tools to create positive change in society.

The organisations featured have been published in alphabetical order.
