When we consider diversity in tech we automatically think of getting more women in the industry, or even people of different races and religions. But there's a growing movement to make tech more inclusive of all social groups.
Having an imbalanced workforce not only means people from different backgrounds may not see routes into the industry that are open to them, it also means one subsection of society is designing tech for everyone.
